1. Sponsor.

The Contest is sponsored by Texas Fence Co. located at 17226 Bamwood Dr, Houston, TX 77090.

2. Binding Agreement.

In order to enter the Contest, you must agree to these Official Rules ("Rules"). The Rules consist of: (i) the terms and conditions on this page, and (ii) the Entry Form,

3. Eligibility.

The Contest is open to all adults 18 years or older, living in the Houston and Surrounding areas up to a 40 mile radius. Applicants must only submit their fence. Previous winners are ineligible to play again for a one year period for this or any contests.

4. Contest Period.

The January Contest begins on January 23, 2012 at 8:30 A.M. The Contest ends on January 30, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. The Contest will resume monthly from the 23rd to the 30th each month.

5. How To Enter and Play.

To play: Between the contest period, after emailing your registration information, go to our Facebook page and post a photo of your fence in additional to a description of why you need a new fence.

6. Judging and Selection of Winners.

Entries will be judged by the number of posted comments and likes for your photo.

7. Prize.

Texas Fence Co. will award one contest winner per month a

Gift Certificate from Texas Fence Co. or a

$250

Gift Card to Home Depot for your "Do It Yourself" Home Projects. (No cash value is awarded.)

8. Privacy Notice.

By participating in this Contest, you agree that Texas Fence Co. can collect your personal information, and that if Texas Fence Co. cannot collect the required data, you may not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Any personal information collected during the course of the Contest by Texas Fence Co. will not be used in any other purpose outside of this contest.

9. Winner List.

The name of the winner will be posted on our website, Facebook page, and also be notified by email.
