The work crews you sent out to do do our fence are certainly the best in the state. They hit the ground running, unloaded their materials, and had the entire job completed before dark. I certainly didn't expect that kind of royalty treatment. I figured three days, maybe two. And they didn't miss a spot. They were not only fast but prompt, polite, clean, and thorough. I checked the grounds later and they didn't leave a scrap. I even noticed they filled in a few places under the "rot board" with dirt and rocks so our three-year-old Cocker pet couldn't dig a hole and escape. They certainly know how to build a good fence. Jane and I will be quick and pleased to provide recommendations for any sort of construction project your company wants to undertake. We thanked most of the crew ourselves and told them this too. Over the day, I think we met most of them on the ground -- head man, foremen, supervisors, nailers, post-hole diggers, and assemblymen. Everyone seemed eager to make sure we got a reliable fence we could be proud of. They were unfailingly kind and eager to build an outstanding good fence. Which they certainly did. Please make sure they know we realize how good they are and that we appreciate their efforts on our behalf.

And you even came back to add another gate as you said you'd do, which was after the larger project. The period after Ike had to be unbelievably busy and chaotic for you folks, but everyone we dealt with did a great job from start to finish (that included a great job on the clean up).
